The Southeastern Virginia Chapter advances the mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. by advocating for Black women and girls across our region. Through informed leadership, strategic partnerships, public policy engagement, and community-based action, we work to address barriers, amplify voices, and create pathways to opportunity.
Our advocacy is rooted in purpose and strengthened by collective action. We are committed to turning awareness into action and action into lasting impact.

Our work is centered on three core pillars: Health, Education, and Economic Empowerment. These pillars guide our programs, partnerships, and advocacy efforts as we address critical issues affecting Black women and girls and work toward equitable outcomes throughout Southeastern Virginia.

We transform our mission into meaningful action by identifying community needs, building strategic partnerships, and developing programs and advocacy initiatives designed to create measurable, lasting change. Together, we move beyond service alone—working to influence systems, expand opportunities, and strengthen the communities we serve.
