The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.(NCBW), Southeastern Virginia Chapter (SEVA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to empowering Black women and girls and advancing gender equity in the areas of health, education, and economic empowerment.

The Southeastern Virginia Chapter advances the mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. through our strategic focus areas that empower Black women and girls, strengthen communities , influence public policy, and create lasting change across Southeastern Virginia.
ADVOCACY is the deliberate process of influencing those who make policy decisions.

Advocacy empowers people and educates them. Advocacy is not only our responsibility; as citizens, it is our right.
